# Introduction

> Learn what OPTIMAZE does and where to start, from connecting billing data to reporting the return on technology spend.

OPTIMAZE is a Technology Capital Performance platform, it shows which technology investments are producing a return, which are underperforming, and where capital should go next. It does this by attributing cloud, AI and SaaS spend to the products, teams and customers that caused it, then measuring that cost against the business outcomes it was meant to produce.
